One should be able to compel his integrity to be as pure and crystal clear as distilled water, because integrity is a unique test for good character and a splendid behavioural pattern, this is the more reason why it is practical and theoretical. Undoubtedly a man who possesses integrity beckons respect, associate, courtesy, honour and he is certainly a force to be reckoned with in his constituency, whether at work, school, or home. The unquestionable implementation of integrity is a good recipe for the enhancement of a person’s socioeconomic and religious Geomorphy.

It is obviously clear the charity begins at home, but it is indefectibly obvious that integrity begins within you; you should as an individual develop a life-style that is sincerely impregnable with yourself. An individual who is aiming for the sky should arm himself with virtues that are not unctuous nor dismembered, so that he will able to surmount unpredictable challenges that may act opposingly against his progress when the need  arises, that same person should love to hate doing what is wrong though it is expedient money wise. Like the bible teaches us to resist the devil’s numerous temptation you should follow this guideline in the case of integrity undefiably by resisting stimulative temptations or decoys which could cause you to compromise automatically thereby proceeding to promoting more temptations, lurking and clandestine ills. It is worthy to note that the reason why the bible sings about the emulable legacies and antecedents that  patriarchs or role models like Abraham, Isaac, David, Elijah just to mention but a few, was because they refused to conform to ignoble behaviours which are contrary to the dictacts of integrity and God. He went on to say “Each time they give a Nigerian goods on credit, the Nigerian to his country and send them a draft of his obituary thinking it was smart, but gradually the news spread that Nigerian businessmen are not be trusted and they never pay back credit facilities. If you should go to the U.S today or any other Western Nation, requesting their should give you goods on credit they won’t listen to you, because they believe Nigerians are not integrity minded hence should not be trusted”. This story deplicts the importance of integrity, the evil practices our early businessmen did are being paid by our today businessmen and the nation as large. Like they say “some men are wise and some otherwise”. Most traders in our various markets have never seen the word INTEGRITY before. In Nigerian illegality has become legal, you are free to cheat customers are walk away with it, that’s why this parlance “shine your eye is often said at our market places”. When you think deeply what the consequence of the evil you will do to others at your place of work or endeavour with a clear conscience you would be made to practice integrity keenly, at every instance or opportunity you get to be insincere, definitely it may sound ridiculous because you think it is unrealistic but it’s sure isn’t you if you have a human face.

Ø     THE THOUGHT ABOUT YOUR IMAGE: it is exceedingly disheartening to learn that mostly in Nigeria everybody wants to make money at all cost even at the expense of human life. Niccolo’ Machiavelli’s (the political teacher of Europe) philosophy has being varstily adopted by our society. The philosophy goes that “The end justifies the means” your image is the content of your personality; moreover there is nothing on earth that is more precious than a good image, this is because a good name is better than riches; your thought about your image would hardly allow you undermine integrity in discharging you responsibilities wherever and whenever. I could work into a shopping mall and shoplift an item on display for public purchase just to satisfy my selfish desire, perhaps their was an ICCTV device at the shopping mall on my unawares, there is just no doubt I will be caught, thereby damaging and tarnishing my image; probably an image I might have suffered to erect for over many years will be destroyed in less than a day, what a disaster!. It is expedient to concentrate and pay honest attention on what his tomorrow would be, by nurturing his today for both himself and his posterity who will inherit his name. People get disgusted at the mention of the names some certain notable men and women in our society who have drunken from the calabash of corruption indiscriminately. Infact, people don’t only get disgusted with their names these creams of society alone, but also with both they children’s and properties. Reader is this the kind of legacy you would want to established? Definitely this underscores the reason why people most think about their images before annoying the face of integrity. There is also the need for somebody not to underestimate any sort of enticement or temptation believing it has no implications attached, because “small leak will sink a great ship”. You shouldn’t allow any circumstance defile your integrity or resist you from practicing it. Ensure that your image is jealously guarded because it will speak for you in your absence; don’t forget a stitch in time saves nine!
